This week’s character challenge is to be loyal. Being loyal means giving or showing firm or constant support or allegiance to a person or institution. We can show loyalty by being there for our friends, not talking or gossiping behind each others’ backs, and by standing up for the people and beliefs that are important to us.
~“Loyalty and friendship, which is to me the same, created all the wealth that I’ve ever thought I’d have.”~ Ernie Banks
This week’s character challenge is to be fair. To be fair means to make judgements that are free from discrimination. We can be fair in school by treating others the way we would want to be treated, being open-minded, honest, apologizing for our mistakes, and giving others a chance.
~"We cannot choose how others treat us. We can only choose how we treat others.”
